Tentative Steps is the Mohache trade outpost in the Agripeta system. We aim to provide all manner of goods and services to the fine people of the Halo, and to any who visit there. You are welcome to dock in order to take advantage of our extensive starship facilities.
Basic Services
We offer maintenance and repair facilities as well as recreation and officer training services to visiting starships. Our patch price is a reasonable $100.

Halo Export Services
Are you producing goods for export in the Agripeta system, and getting tired of shipping it all the way yourself? For $0.2/mu of material we will teleport your goods to the wormhole on a weekly basis and provide you with pickup authorizations — saving you the trip from the wormhole to your base and back again!
We will collect your goods as an End of Week order. Capacity is subject to salvage and other activity earlier in the week and may vary from one week to the next. You are only charged for actual mus moved. Wages and employee transfer fees accrued are added on top of the regular fee.
Starship Components
We offer a wide range of starship components for you to outfit your ship so it perfectly fits its mission — whether that calls for tremendous speeds using high-mark Thrust Engines, invisibility imparted by Cloaking Devices, penetrating scans using powerful Sensors, or any one of a dozen other needs!
It is our intention to offer all manner of starship components, but we are not quite there yet. Efforts to complete our catalogue are ongoing, and if you are able to offer us something for resale that we do not already have then do not hesitate to get in touch! We offer our suppliers very attractive prices for any item that fills a hole in our catalogue, and are always looking to find additional sources from which to restock existing product lines.

Ship Salvage Services
Ad-hoc Salvage
If you have run into some navigational hazard in the Agripeta system and your nice starship, its valiant crew and your precious cargo are all now floating aimlessly around in space then do not fear: for a mere 25% of the items salvaged we will teleport in the contents of your debris field for you and supply you with pickup authorizations in order to recover the goods.
To take advantage of this service, contact us with the debris field id as well as its access code and we will salvage it with all due haste. If you supply us with a prioritized list of items to salvage this will facilitate the process and help us provide you the very best service possible.
Prepaid Salvage
By entering into a salvage contract, you can pre-pay for future salvage jobs. Contract clients can choose per debris field whether to pay the standard 25% of the salvage, or to deduct $0.5 from their prepaid account for every mu salvaged. Also, contract clients are given priority access to salvage capacity ahead of ad-hoc customers!
Any Stellar deposit into a salvage contract will become available for salvage payment one week after the deposit is made. To be eligible for priority access privileges, a contract account must hold at least $10,000 at the time when the salvage is requested.
The availability of these services is subject to remaining teleporter capacity. Any request received will be queued up and executed as capacity becomes available. There is no charge for the rescue of sentient lifeforms but clients will be expected to cover any employee transfer fees and wages accrued.
Raw Materials
We have all been there: wanting to build jump drives, but not having the Pulac; yearning for the day when you can get some Thorlium for those Hulls; or simply screaming out to get a few hundred Basic Elements so you can build the Industrial Modules you need in order to construct the Mine Complex that is to mine, well, Basic Elements!
But these worries are a thing of the past: at Tentative Steps we aim to provide a consistent supply of all the basic minerals — and a few of the rarer ones when we can get them — for your convenience.
